SPACIOUS DESIGN AND INCREDIBLE STRENGTH

The KODIAK is our largest TuffBoxx residential model. This bin is large enough to hold 8 bags of garbage, and is easily large enough for your home or to share with a neighbour. The KODIAK is also suitable for small businesses, for multi unit apartments, group homes, and small restaurants. With its top loading lid, garbage and other waste items are easily put into the bin for secure storage that can keep bears and other wildlife out of your garbage.

These TuffBoxxes are suitable for curbside collection or for intermediate storage of garbage until taken to your municipal waste management center. All TuffBoxx containers are made in a ready to assemble design, and the bins are shipped unassembled in boxes.

BUILT TO KEEP THEM OUT

The base version KODIAK is easily strong enough to keep out the smaller critters like raccoons, squirrels, and rats and will give great results with smaller Black Bears. To meet the requirements of being a Certified Bear Resistant bin you will need to add the Bear Guard brackets, which prevent bears from being able to grab the lids and potentially bend them. With these brackets the KODIAK is able to stand up to all Black and mid sized (up to 600 lbs.) Grizzly Bears.

SECURED PROTECTION

The KODIAK can be securely mounted to a concrete pad or other solid base with the mounting system that is built into the bottom of the bin’s base. It can also be secured with a chain (up to 1/4”) or cable to a tree or other secure post.

With it’s strong durable construction, the KODIAK bin provides some of the strongest protection money can buy.
